Entry requirements to Cabo Verde (Cape Verde)1. Your passport must be valid 6 months after the return2. As from January 1, 2019, the visa is no longer required for European nationals who stay less than one month in Cabo Verde. Vaccinations The archipelago of Cape Verde has a very healthy climate. No vaccination is required by the authorities of Cabo Verde, unless the traveler transits through Dakar. In this case, vaccination for yellow fever is required. Nevertheless, as for many trips, vaccinations against viral hepatitis A and B are always recommended. Cabo Verde is not a malaria endemic area. Sporadic cases have however been reported. Also the provision of anti-mosquitoes, mosquito coils and skin-applied repellents may be helpful depending on the conditions of accommodation. It is also the best protection against the Zyka virus.No case of Ebola infection has ever been reported.
