La Digue, Seychelles

La Digue, Seychelles.

Banner Fish, Seychelles

Banner Fish, Seychelles.

The Schooling Bannerfish has a very elongated white dorsal filament. It has a base color of white with two wide black stripes. The soft dorsal and caudal fins are yellow. It is a marine fish native to areas near Africa and may be found in aquaria too

Anse Diri, Mahé

Anse Diri is an unspoilt beach in the west side of Mahé island in Seychelles. It can be reached only by sea. It is located near Port Launay.

Port Launay is one of the countless places in Seychelles that have breathtaking beaches. It is also a Marine National Park and can be reached by taking the road past Port Glaud. The Port Launay beach itself is large and wide with white sand and plenty of shady trees. It is popular with picnickers at weekends. The reefs on both sides of the bay provide a wonderful opportunity for snorkeling. Read more about
