The Marquesan Art Festival (in French, festival des arts des îles Marquises) is a cultural event that is held periodically in the Marquesas Islands, French Polynesia.  Initiated in 1986, it celebrates Polynesian and Marquesan culture, with shows and competitions: dancing, singing, sports, cooking, tattoos, and carvings. The main festival is held every four years.
