Just like Tahiti, Seychelles is a dream destination for honeymoon and wedding
. It is a wide archipelago located off the eastern coast of Africa in the western Indian Ocean. It consists of 113 islands. 42 of them, including the three main islands Mahé, Praslin and La Digue, are granitic islands while the other ones are coral islands.

It has been protected from human influence and retains some 152,000 giant tortoises, the world's largest population of this reptile.

Seychelles is famous for having some of the best pristine and uncrowded beaches in the world, including Baie Lazare, Anse Diri, and Beau Vallon in Mahé, Anse Volvert in Praslin, Anse Coco and Anse Source d'Argent in La Digue, and many more. Bird watching, hiking and sea sports (diving, snorkelling, fishing, sailing, and surfing) are the main outdoor activities in Seychelles.

Mauritius

Mauritius is a long-established beach holiday destination. It is an island country that is located off the southeast coast of Africa in the Indian Ocean. Mauritius has developed a strong tourism infrastructure with a wide range of accommodations that suit the budget of everyone, from cheap guest houses to top level resorts, a good network of roads with many taxis and public buses, and a broad choice of local tour services for both land and sea activities.

The coast of the island consists mostly of a succession of public beaches and waterfront hotels with their own sandy beach. The western coast is a bit warmer and less humid than the eastern side. It hosts some of the most renowned beach resorts of the island such as Grand Baie, Mont Choisy, Trou aux Biches, Flic en Flac / Wolmar, and le Morne Brabant. Mahebourg / Blue Bay, the famous Ile aux Cerfs, Trou d'Eau Douce, Palmar, and Belle Mare Plage are situated on the eastern side while the northern coast hosts the lovely sites of Cap Malheureux and Anse la Raie.

The wild southern coast is quite different: it has little or no sandy beach, but very wide estates providing spacious, well-equipped hotels and private serviced luxury residences.

Mauritius offers more than beach holidays. It is home to one of the most outstanding botanical garden in the world (Pamplemousses Garden), the Black River Gorges National Park, several top golf courses, and many other attractions such as the colored earths of Chamarel, the Casela Nature & Leisure Park, and some historical sites. Mauritius is a multi-cultural country where different ethnicities live together. It was also the home country of the extinct Dodo bird.

The Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport is the only international airport of the island. It is located on the eastern side of the island while the capital city and main harbor, Port-Louis, is situated on the western coast. The airport is served by Air Mauritius and many airlines from the surrounding countries (Air Austral, Air Seychelles, Air Madagascar, South African Airways), Europe (Condor, British Airways, Air France, Corsair, Meridiana, and more) and Middle East (Emirates and Etihad Airways).

Air Mauritius provides also visitors with daily flights to Rodrigues, an outer island which is a dependency of the Republic of Mauritius. Rodrigues is located about 560 kilometers (350 mi) east of Mauritius. It is known mainly for ecotourism. It is Africa's most easterly point.
